Nearmio is free for up to 5 locations, with every feature included. No Google Maps API key, no map account, no code.
What you get on the free plan
- A "Store locator" theme app block you add in Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Near me, postcode or city search, a distance-sorted list, and one-tap directions.
- CSV import with a preview, and drag-to-fix pins.
- A crawlable store list with schema.org data for search engines and AI assistants.
The honest limits
- Free covers 5 locations. Past that, Pro is $9.99/month for unlimited. If you cancel, your oldest 5 placed locations stay on the map and nothing is deleted.
- Shopify only. Fixed layout: you can change the heading, map height and pin colour.
- Other tools offer free tiers with more locations. If you have a long list and zero budget, compare them. Nearmio's pitch is a clean map, correct pins, and no map-account setup.
Set it up in three steps
- Install Nearmio from the Shopify App Store and add a location by hand or by CSV.
- Add the Store locator block to a "Where to buy" page.
- Check any pin flagged "Needs fixing" or "Check pin".
